poor drinks servicesagging mattress
The drinks service was poor. staff rarely came around, so i had to go to the bar and wait. This wasn't ideal. restaurants had limited opening times, and staff started removing food way before closing. the bed was old. The mattress sagged causing back pain.

I appreciated the variety of food options available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The allocation of space between the beach, pool, and hotel rooms was quite convenient. Cleaning services were excellent for tables and room turnover. I found the bed comfortable and the air conditioning effective.

I enjoyed the various pools available. The beach and pier were amazing. The cheese at breakfast was of acceptable quality.

The hotel is designed beautifully. Its grounds are well-kept. The all-inclusive package provides plenty of food and drinks throughout the day. I enjoyed both the buffet meals and the snack bars. Our room was clean. The spa and massage services were relaxing. Evening shows added a fun touch.
I noticed the mixed drinks quality sometimes varied depending on the bartender. Some training may help with consistent drink preparation.
